Osmumten's fang (or) is a cosmetic variant of Osmumten's fang with a cursed phalanx attached to it. It retains all the effects of the original variant. There was once a point where changing the drop rate couldve fixed something, But at any day now an item that should be worth at minimum 500mil is about to be sub 100mil. This item is equally as busted as tumeken's shadow but jagex took the shit on it by not making it a mega rare drop or ....
